I started volunteering at a local Christian overnight camp while I was in high school.  I worked there every summer (just one week a year) until I graduated college / got married / landed a job.  When my daughter was old enough to start attending the very same camp, I started volunteering again.  2011 was my second year back and it’s starting to feel like old hat again.

I made photo puzzles for each of the campers (and other volunteers) in my cabin this year and sent them out with a Christmas card.  I hope to make this a tradition going forward.
